Landscape Architects & Designers Near Crescent Valley

“Donna of "Our Designs Landscape Architects" rescued us from our conundrum. We had an idea for an improvement of a difficult area on our Strata lot that would require approval by both the Strata Council and other owners. Finding a landscape architect, after searching months for someone qualified to do the needed plans, enabled us to finally move forward. It was our good fortune that Donna, of "Our Designs Landscape Architects", had recently moved to the West Kootenays. Her approach was professional. After a few consultations she prepared a detailed contract with deliverables and costs clearly outlined. For our purposes there were two Phases, again, each clearly identifying the deliverables and costs. The attention to detail in the drawings is great. We have three drawing with various elevations, all signed off, and accepted by the Strata Council and owners so the work can proceed in the future. The project itself is a work in progress. We have been "Covid" plagued by contractors that are booked into next year and not available to provide estimates or make commitments. This does not reflect on the work of the architect. If anything, the drawings are so complete and detailed that time does not matter and we can wait things out. Good job Donna and thanks! Y”
