“If I could give 10 stars I would We had windows and doors installed in October of 2017. I had the original estimated done in march of the same year. After the estimate we waited before deciding to do anything. Jeremy stayed in contact with me from time to time to see if we were ready to purchase. We decided to purchase in September after we had several estimates. I called him on a Friday and on Saturday i had a contract in my had for the project. Keep i mind that this was 6 months after my original estimate and he still had all info, the project details and cost for my project. I also want to add that he was still as kind and professional as he was on the day he came out for the estimate. From Start to finish he was great. He listened to my concerned and help me through the process. Lowe's always kept me in the loop as far as ordering, receiving, scheduling, and ETA for completion. The installer was just as professional and polite as Jeremy and his team at Lowe's. It took the installer around 3 days to install 16 windows, 2 doors, screen door, all trim work, all wrap work, and clean up. I highly recommend Jeremy and the entire team at Lowe's Home Improvement for any and all projects. We are in the process of scheduling our next project with them. BRADY GRUVER TEXAS”
