“From what I can remember, it's been 8 years since they replaced a really ugly picture window in my newly bought house. They were recommended to me from one of their happy customers. The window they installed for me was beautiful, still is and they provided exactly what I wanted. The men showed up when scheduled, were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I thought Alan & Rose were retiring like immediately after this job though and when I asked about how that would affect any warranty which on the window itself was a no brainer but I do like to know about workmanship warranties/guarantees in case something happens that I need repaired within a certain amount of time. I meant no disrespect by asking. You can't know everything that may happen, even if everything is done correctly and perfectly which the installation was. That's the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. My question seemed to offend and was not answered at all, was just curtly told the job will be done right with an irritated sigh. The attitude in reaction to my question turned me off completely. Belittling the customer is not a quality of good customer service.”
