Need help with my long and narrow basement

We are in the process of planning the development of our basement and I am not sure how best to plan the space to include a tv, fireplace, office area, wet bar, craft table, bathroom and two bedrooms!!!! Any ideas on how best to layout the space would be much appreciated. Thanks!
