Yes, we bought several homes in Indian Hills. We would make the Design & do all the Construction too. This one was totally gutted & renovated. After we completed the work we would market & sell them.

This particular Home was a Simple Ranch home initially with a 3 Bedroom 2 Bath on the Main Floor. We made that into a Master Suite on the Main Floor and added 3 Bedrooms & 3 Baths on the New Second Floor. That's how we created the Loft Look inside.

We don't have any of the pictures of the Before Design but there are still a lot of Ranch Homes in Indian Hills that have that style. They usually have 8'-0" Ceilings in them too. So this one is now 9'-0" ceilings and the Open Loft feel inside it now.

I'm looking for a company to just do the design for the exterior of an Indian Hills Ranch. I just need someone to help select new windows, siding, trim to exterior for more curb appeal. Is this job too small for you guys?
