My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi...sorry for the delay in answering your question, I have been on vacation. I am the designer of this project. The granite in the kitchen area is 3CM polished "Red Dragon". The granite on the island bar top (upper section) is 3CM honed "Absolute Black". Hope this helps!

    These cabinets are natural African Mahogany wood. Cabinet door style is slab.
