Need help picking the right countertop. Help!

Photo attached is the type of cabinetry ordered. It is a high gloss ebony stripe. Want to pick the right counter-top and back splash. Prefer the back splash and counter to be the same material. Any recommendations? I don't mind quartz like silestone or cambria.
