I can help you with that check out OnlineExteriors.com uses Hover software and if in Colorado will not only let you design and see but will also estimate and allow you to order all Online.

You could also inquire with a local nursery. Many will give you design ideas free of charge, and will happily sell you the materials to bring the vision to life!

Jumping in on this thread to see if anyone knows of a company that does both exterior design and landscaping. We have a small balcony that we are trying to figure out what to do with and a small landscaping area just under it. We aren't interested in the entire property just this one side of the house.

Brick & Batten has really increased their prices, I’m sure there are other companies who will do the same for less. I can’t see spending $950+ for this service. I will learn how to do it myself before I pay that especially since I have a smaller house.

Hi @denise1028! We have not raised our prices in over a year and even then we only raised them by $45. We also run discounts often and can offer you a custom discount for your smaller house. We love to help our clients visualize updates to their homes and are happy to make sure it works for everyone!

UpWork.com fill out a client form with your scope of work and have design professionals from around the world bid the job. Designers, architects, landscapers, Plans, 3D rendering... bids come in as low as $10-$40 a hour from Indonesia, India, Ireland, etc. I see many completed jobs in the $200-$300 range. UpWork is a source US professionals use to farm out your work for them. So cut out the middle man for your architectural drawings, renderings and plans.

Check out their resume' and portfolios, some of the work is amazing. UpWork handles the payments to your designer, no direct payment.

So glad to have found this thread! My googling seems to just turn up @brick&batten and similar to Denise there property I need help with is small. It’s a small 1950s cabin. I need to rebuild a deck with modern materials and update the exterior slightly to blend the styles. The b&b pricing seems overboard for some color schemes but I hadn’t found many alternatives.

This is a wonderful resource! I’ve checked out all the companies mentioned on this thread - so many more options than Brick & Batten. I follow B&B - and love the work I’ve seen featured, it is expensive.

We also used Mirk Studios and they were excellent. They listened to everything we asked and delivered us a beautiful design.
