Either of these would work.

Bottom left for sure. You can easily incorporate a linen cabinet in the vanity.

I agree with SBA that you should confirm the dimensions.

Upper right layout is the best. Recess any medicine cabinets into the stud space within the walls. You can also add some recessed niches in the tub area within the stud areas of the walls, too.

Can you use a barn door entrance. It would free up space in the bathroom and you would not need to "walk around the door" on the bottom right as you enter?

Something to consider with the top right layout: imagine doing laundry and putting towels away. I'd think it'd be annoying to have to shut the bathroom door in order to access the linen cabinet.

I vote BeverlyFLADesigner options. On her second option, I'd consider swapping the tub with the toilet so if you take a bubble bath, your back is to the toilet and can look toward the window instead. Plus, you wouldn't see the toilet if the door is open. I'd also consider a pocket door to save space.

Upper right with a custom vanity for size that will leave 30 inches for the toilet and only one sink. A bath this small will not have more than one person it it generally.
