I wouldn't want it white -- prefer that a garage door disappear a bit, especially when it's already in your face physically. I'd be choosing between a dark brown or a charcoal color taken from your roof.

I think with the color of your brick I wouldn't go really dark and I wouldn't go super white either. Maybe the sage or top right. If you did sage Id repaint your trim that color too.

Or you could always get white and gel stain it walnut and it would look like wood. Look it up on pinterest.com or youtude very cool look.

Thanks, acm, the roof is actually black. So I was thinking of a very dark grey-green like BM 2122-10 or a very dark slate blue, what do you think? C.C., so... match the siding, which (unfortunately) you can't see in the photo? However I bet we all agree the current beige doesn't work, right?

Beige is not great and I would go with a darker gray.

consider repainting your garage door a beige tone and paint that beige tone on the garage as well. From a distance, those doors will mimic each other and give an eye pleasing perspective. Definitely keep the trim white.
