Help with basement flooring ideas

Hi - I'm looking at this basement apartment and don't like the grey tiles. I was thinking of changing the flooring but not sure what I should do.

Of course I'd like wood or laminate flooring but as its a basement it needs to be a more solid material - welcome thoughts on what I should use?

I was thinking of a white quartz type tile which is large.

Why not look at Luxury Vinyl Plank it has the look of wood is water resistant and is awesome in basements and could possibly be installed right over existing floor .
