I agree that a T-astragal would be your best option. I do think however the difference in these cabinets will be drastic from the others and I worry it will look odd. There are places where you can order doors (unfinished) and get whatever size you need. We use a small company in Madison, NC that does nothing but make doors. There is American Door on line (they are located in GA) and we have also ordered and used their products.

I will definitely check out some more cabinet options. Also, how does the T-astragal work? Im a bit confused with the terms, so not sure what that would be.

Filler panels are the best solution. That said, they look best when used on a 'focal point' set of cabinet openings. For example under the sink or above the stove. See picture for example of a good use of this design choice. You didn't mention which cabinets had the issue so I'm hoping it's one of the 2 above examples.

What kind of hack company doesn't make doors wider than 12"???

I would research a different door company... since you have frameless cabinets you may find the additional trim/filler/moulding detracting.

ahahaha, they do have many sizes, but the next size up from 12" is 15", my doors are 13" wide unfortunately. Thanks for the ideas everyone!

Ive been thinking of maybe having those 2 cabinets be door less to create open shelving. Though I'm not sure if it will be very practical as they are both besides the range.

Here is how the open style might look (keep in mind the new cabinets will be off-white and I will repaint the interior to match or compliment the other cabinets) The door less will be on the cabinet shown and on the cabinet to the right of the microwave, the one besides that will be glass. The centre stile will most likely be removed.

I also tried to play around with my existing cabinets and saw that I can actually combine a 15" wide door and a 12" wide door (which the company has sizes in) to fill the entire cabinet. Although now I'm not sure if this looks weird to have the 2 different width doors on the same cabinet. It will be the smaller door on either side of the microwave and the wider on the further side. The new cabinets will be a white shaker style.

Im thinking that it would look less unbalanced if the hardware handles were to be horizontal on the new upper cabinets, it would look like they are individual cabinets. What do you guys think? Also how do you feel about the microwave above the range, I really want to install a range hood and convert the existing microwave into a built in above the wall oven. Will it be worth the money, or does this microwave look good as it is? Thanks!!

You are going to ridiculous lengths to try to use a company that doesn't suit your needs. There are dozens of companies from which you can buy new doors. Most will be able to provide you with custom sizes in 1/4"-1/8" increments.

I have gotten estimates from a few more companies, and as of now none are able to beat their price. I would like to use the money I saved towards something else.

Screwing up the most important room in your house will devalue it a heck of a lot more than any piddling price difference. Buy correct sized doors or don't do the project at all. Penny wise and pound foolish is not the way to do home projects. Ever. Cheap is the wrong top criteria for this job. Accurate and good quality isnthe top criteria.
