We used the excess cabinet color from the cabinet maker to color match this old door to the new built in cabinets. Sorry, it's not much help. The tea stain glaze was Martha Stewart and it has been discontinued.

Usable Space Interiors ... appreciate your reply. I figured it would be something I wouldn't be able to get, but was hoping different. I guess I might be a couple years behind for this look because Ralph Lauren also had a tea stain glaze that Home Depot discontinued carrying. I'm thinking of making my own tinted glaze and will continue to search for similar paint color ... thanks again.
