I think a weathered gray would be best right now based on what I a, seeing in new construction ...it will go with your countertops, be current as well...then later on when the trend changes the next buyer could go darker or lighter at that time if desired

I agree with Brandi, I was going to say a lighter grey color. It will give a clean and modern look in my opinion.

Thanks to both of you. I didn't even think about lighter grey or painting the cabinets. I'm looking at the General Finishes milk paint in Seagull Grey now. What would you recommend for flooring? I was thinking a lighter wood.
