Gray shutters ,porch and stairs would look nice with the roof color

In rethinking this a brick red would look even better and wouldnt make the fireplace "THE " focal point and give it unity.

Like the house as is. I agree with the removal of the shrubs. The comment about extending the porch to the the length house is a good idea. Every time I see porch smaller than the house, I always wonder why It did'n match the length of the house.

I would recommend doing away with shutters. They don't fit the windows and large shutters are not going to fit by the door. Paint the frames around windows a dark color and I think front door would look good in something bright...perhaps a red. Good move to replace shrubs. I agree your porch would look much better extended to edge of house.
