Will it ship before my wedding?? (October 1st, 2016...22 days)

My wedding is October 1st of this year... 22 days!! AH! I was wondering if they will be here on time if I order today? Also it says a set of 12 but in the description says "this listing is only for one planter (after air plants not included). Can i just have clarification that it is indeed one set of 12 planters.
