I've recently painted the walls revere pewter and have a new white sofa. I love this pink mirror but I realize it no longer goes with my decor. I can't afford to get anything new right now (esp Art that size) so would like to try to paint the mirror so it can work in this room for the time being. It is sort of a galvanized metal material (think license plate material). I'm wondering if I should spray paint it shiny black or white? Or maybe something else?

I'm going to have the teal urns in the photos turned into lamps. I'm also including a close up of the colors in my oriental rug. The walls aren't as green as they appear in the pics.

I've just finished painting so I cleared all my accessories out and am trying to thoughtfully decide what to being back in. So please excuse the bare tables. I'm going for transitional, chic, stylish.
