A couple things that occur to me as I look at your plan:

1) Your vanity (presumably at least 6' long so that two people operating at it done't feel too squeezed) would probably look better and provide more space below and on the top if you extended it to the closet wall and to a half-height solid wall (36-42" high with glass above) separating the shower and the vanity. Those small areas between the vanity and the shower and the vanity and the closet wall aren't providing much utility and don't look like they were left over.

2) I would eliminate the barn door for the closet and consider decreasing the opening into the closet by 4-6". You don't really need a 3'-0" wide opening into that space.

3) Presumably that dashed line in the closet area is the clothes bar line, so the clothes when hanging on those bars will extend into the space by the same amount as the dashed line is from the perimeter wall surface. I question how much value the bar closest to the toilet may be, as well as wonder how you plan to support it at the toilet compartment shelf end?

4) While there are more efficiently laid out baths, yours isn't particularly bad and may provide you with a somewhat more gracious bath space in which to move among all the places served by the center circulation area (closet, toilet, tub, shower, vanity).
