I have my heart set on them so really just trying to find out the consensus of which is best , but thanks anyway

There is no “best” most perfect choice that makes the whole design. You have to design the entire as a whole. There are a lot of right choices in a whole picture scenario. You’re focusing on trees, when you should be looking at the forest.

I always think about cleaning the fixtures and what kind of water you might have... (we have a well). Maybe polished is easier to keep clean?
