Here is your chance to go a bit dramatic. Small powder rooms, look great when they get dressed up. Here are a couple of links, that may give you some ideas.

Paint it a dramatic color or tile in a floor to ceiling mosaic. Go for drake. It’s a powder room cliche, but tried and true formula.

You can go bold in small spaces. Do a dramatic color, a cool patterned wallpaper etc.

We had a tiny powder room in our former house. We had the contractor install a pocket door (huge space saver!), silver-charcoal grass cloth wallpaper on the top half with wainscoting on the bottom half, a very small but stylish black vanity with marble top and grey marble penny tile. We loved it!

Would NOT go all over gaudy bold in any small space.

Instead, keep the neutral paint on the lower half of the wall (tan; desert sand, etc.) -- at and below the toilet tank and/or countertop -- pick a height that makes sense to you.

Then do something much more "interesting" on the top half of the wall to draw attention away from the floor you don't like.

You could even add a shelf above the light above the vanity/sink for storage or displaying a family treasure … such as a small planter with ivy; or a jar (with an interesting shape) filled with sea shells from a family vacation; or candle holder(s) and/or incense holder with a decorative box beside it containing emergency candles and matches/lighters and/or incense.

Tiny - how tiny? for me, I'd not want much more going on the walls - there's let see: door, mirror, window, art - so I'd try adding a liked floor rug where it fits between toilet and sink.

So many hand towels you could add.

Wallpaper would be my go to on the walls.

A vanity with storage, new wallpaper, and move the toilet paper to an inset holder on the other wall so you don't have to reach behind to get some paper.

Changing out the door seems like an unnecessary expense.

I would say add a fun bright color to give it some life! Maybe some open shelving above toilet for decor!

Wonder: I love the pedestal sink. So open and uncluttered. You don't really need storage in a powder room other than the extra roll of TP. I might change the faucet though.

Your powder room looks just like the one we renovated as part of a larger product - it's about 3'x6' or 7' with the door in the middle. I was determined to get rid of a pedestal sink but so many vanities I looked at extended out more than 18"-19" which was out further than where the door frame begins -- basically "blocking" the visual opening. So beware of that.

In the end, to keep the costs down, I bought a new nicer pedestal sink, you don't need a lot of storage in a powder room and it keeps the floor open and makes the room look larger.

I splurged out on good wallpaper, floor tile and nice faucet and fixtures though - I'm happy.

As much as I despise gray, I would go with that for a paint color. The yellow is just making the pink, pinker....

Other than that, it's a nice little powder room...

If you have the budget you can probably find a much smaller sink that could span from wall to wall. Wallpaper can add some drama.

What pink tile do you hate? In the OP pics all I see for tile is the floor, and that does not look pink at all to me.
