Cellar Ceiling Insulation Protection

My cellar ceiling is well-insulated, paper side up, leaving exposed fiberglass. House comfort is fine. How can I cover the fiberglass to contain the fibers from going airborne while retaining the benefits of the insulation and also protecting it?
