My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Also the white is Snowbound SW7004 Sherwin Williams. Satin Finish.

    Wall is Fleur de Set SW7666 Eggshell in the kitchen and Matte on the walls everywhere else. The matte held up pretty well. Also the surround on the fireplace is a custom slab of slate :)

    Was the Fleur de Set lightened? Seems like paint chip is darker.
