kitchen drain pipe help

Ok so we removed the kitchen cabinets today and discovered that the drain pipe is running along the wall to where it meets the vent. The problem is

Not sure if this is even up to code?
The plan was to leave the sink where it was and put a dishwasher next to it which won’t be possible with the pipe there. Also would really like to not have to cut through the backs of the cabinets

Any suggestions that don’t include moving the drain pipe?

If it's 2" pipe, you can be up to 8 ft. from vent if you build trap correctly. Do you have room to tear out the drywall and construct new 2x4 stud wall? You wouldn't need wall where lower cabinets are, so could hack up stud space to get piping in.

I’ve never seen a drain run uphill before. It’s hard to imagine it working the way it looks.

What geographic area are you in, roughly? Is this a condo? The area and condo have code requirements that may differ by location.

Adding more photos would be helpful. Make sure the camera is level.

I would furr out the wall and correct the plumbing as needed. You could just furr out the lower 36” and have deeper counters…
