Help please: are these trees too close to house foundation?

there weree planted about 2017 by thr previous owner, and we had a debate whether these are too close to the house foundation, especially the first one right on the sum pump line (and might be sewer line?)
please advise on our options, trim or cut it to the ground or remove it completely.
