I am somehwat of a novice when it comes to tile. I’ve done one floor in our other house. Fast forward to new house trying to remove the laundry room tile. I’ve tried masonary chisel, crow bar, chisel scraper and the tile just shatteres into tiny pieces. I getting them under the tile to try and pop up but it just crumbles.

It’s taking forever. To furthur complicate the situation the cement board has screws every 4 inches which are next to impossible to remove as they strip or are embedded with thinset. Please any suggestions on how to make this easier?
