Built ins, window in way
Hi! Looking for inspiration for cabinets in our master bedroom that don’t go the full length of the wall - window is in the way. Not sure if I liked an angle corner. We can also do an L shape with the left wall and stop before then window. Thanks for any suggestions!

2 years agoYou don't need to fill the whole wall either. If you want to do something symmetrical, just frame the TV and stop a couple feet short of the window wall.

PRO2 years agoYou could easily look at just doing some built-ins on one side of the wall, or just in the middle so that both sides are still open. Below is a built-in we did for a clients family room.

You could use BESTA from IKEA and simply hold the unit short of the window wall. You don't have to create an angle piece.
See you just hold the unit short of the window wall.
