Keep the print large and dramatic

The surface area of a floor in a powder room is pretty small. If I were you I would spend the wallpaper money on replacing the floor instead. What you have brings to mind early 2000's Tuscan style. If you replaced it with wood (if there is wood in the adjacent hallway) or a more neutral tile you would then have a lot more options for the walls. I have a wood floor in my powder room. I painted the walls a pretty blue and got some standout art. Wallpaper can be spectacular in a powder room, but we had to remove a lot of dated wallpaper in our previous house so we don't have any love for it anymore. I think paint and art can add the wow factor you're looking for and are easier to change when styles change or if you personally just want a change. Art can be expensive too, but if you get something you really like I think it has the potential to be more lasting than wallpaper.

A nice white off white paint could be pretty or a light sage? If you want to keep the art or a larger less busy piece and take a color from that? Easy start to a lighter airy area that has not much space. Depends on how dramatic you want to go? Bathrooms can be fun in small space. I wouldn’t replace the flooring :).

If the scale of the paper is large and not geometric in any way, it will be fine, as shown above.

Or you could match your paint to the small accent tile and boost your art in the room.

It feels a bit delicate and suggest playing up the warmth and feel of the tile with deeper color/depth/more impactful paper. A bathroom is a great room to have fun with.

Might also be nice to add shelves over toilet.

If wallpaper ...no art of flowers.

I would go with bronze.
