I looked up the sofa it is very deep it does have feet that might help to remove but how wide is your doorway ? How long ago did you try to do a contact? They are still in business but no message answered might mean it is now the weekend so whaen did you leave a message , remebering time zones too on a Friday

Are you sure there are not flaps on the backside? They can be velcro so hard to spot

I am going to assume you have turned it all different ways to try to get it through the door? Movers get large sofas through regular doors and tight hallways, so there are tricks to getting it done.

Try turning it on its side so it is in an L-shape. Then maneuver the back in first, and then turn it so you can get the seat/bottom in. Unless the distance from the top of the seat or arms to the legs is more than 37" it might work.

Thank kind people for your responses. It does not come apart or fit. I'm going to give it to my mom and am contemplating a Flexsteel sofa instead. Oh well...

Did you try taking the door off the hinges?
