Help with complimentary stain colors

We have a new deck build and need help with complimentary stain colors. We want to do the ceiling in semi transparent so we can still see the wood grain. We are thinking Bher Cedar or Cedar Naturaltone because the upper walls are cedar lap boards. What would be a complimentary semi transparent stain for the beams?

Lots of variables here. Are the support beams the same material (cedar, pine, pressure treated lumber, etc etc) as the ceiling? Different materials react differently to stains.

The ceiling is pine the upper wall again the house and side will be cedar planks/ lab board. All other beams and posts are Cyprus wood.
