Can you paint it all the same color and place something there that makes sense like a bookcase, faux plant in a large basket etc?

or a faux finish to mimic the brick pattern.

I'd find new embossed brick or stone synthetic panels and then glue them to the face of your wall. There are scores of options out there to choose from.

You may not know this: Do you think it would stick to existing cement foundation, since it isn’t smooth ? Do you think it would allow airflow so there will be no mold behind it?

You'd have to do some research about installation but a construction adhesive should allow you to adhere anything to the foundation. I just don't know if applying it over the concrete will create a condition to support mold formation.

Your other option is to stamp the texture right over the concrete walls with this mold.
