Hi, sonjakhambatta. We are working on a fix for this. In the meantime, here's what you can do to see your new ideabooks: close the app (double tap the round button on the iPad, then tap and hold the Houzz app icon, and tap the "-" on the corner). When you reopen the app, your new ideabooks should appear in "My Houzz." We expect to resolve this issue soon!

Hi Sheila! I too am having the same difficulties so am hopeful you can fix these bugs to an otherwise outstanding app. Meanwhile, I'm having trouble following your instructions above. This could be my own stupidity, but, what "round button" am I supposed to tap twice? I've tried tapping the only button I see, which is the button that brings you back to the home screen. Pressing it twice simply brings you to a blank screen. I don't think this is the button you mean, so a bit more guidance would be appreciated.

When I close the Houzz app by tapping this button and get back to the home screen and then try to tap and hold the Houzz button it just opens up the app. There really is no way to tap and hold. Opens the app on the first tap.

I apologize for being so dense, but more direction would sure help.

Hi Beth,

The home button on your iPad is the button you will want to tap. If you tap it twice quickly, you should see any active apps on the ipad at the bottom of your screen. You can scroll through them sideways if you don't see Houzz right away.

When you *do* see Houzz, tap and hold your finger on it (without releasing pressure) and you should see a little minus sign appear on the corner. Tap the minus sign and that will shut down the app completely.

After that, reopen the app as you normally would and see if your ideabooks appear.

Yep, that worked! Thanks. Hope you get the glitch fixed because it is a challenge not being able to add photos to a newly created idea book because the idea book doesn't appear. Love love love the browsing ability of the app. Far better than the web site. Thanks for a treasure trove of decorating eye candy!
