I would not recommend doing business with this company based on my experience. I contacted the seller because I specifically needed an RV roof membrane and asked about EPDM roofing. I explained exactly what I needed and told her I was seeing prices around $700 elsewhere. She told me EPDM would be too expensive and recommended a 16-mil material instead, assuring me it would work for my RV roof and last a long time. She sounded knowledgeable, so I trusted her recommendation and paid about $180 by card over the phone. When the product arrived, it was nothing like the substantial EPDM/TPO-style roofing membrane I had been asking for. It was extremely thin and appeared comparable to basic tarp material that can be purchased elsewhere for a fraction of the price. I did not randomly choose this product. I specifically asked for professional guidance, explained that I needed an RV roof membrane, asked about EPDM, discussed the pricing I had found, and relied on HER recommendation. When I contacted her about the problem, instead of taking responsibility for recommending this material, she treated it as though the mistake was mine. I asked for a refund. She said they would not refund material that had been cut or altered. Mine had NOT been cut, altered, installed, or used. It was still in the box, yet I was still left without a refund. Even more concerning, I could not find clear terms, conditions, or a refund process on the website or my receipt. I essentially paid about $180 for material that appeared comparable to a roughly $30 tarp, while still needing to purchase the proper RV roofing membrane afterward. Based on my experience, I would NOT trust this seller for RV roofing advice or product recommendations. Get every recommendation, specification, and refund policy in writing before paying.

I have worked with Terrie a couple of times for my koi pond needs over the past few years and she has been wonderful. Very prompt in responding to emails and questions, professional, and item quality is top notch. I would highly recommend her!

Terrie has great ideas and tries to find the best solutions for the person she is working with and their pocket book. Not only has she remodeled the inside of my house but has also completely redesigned my front yard. I've gotten so many compliments and it is all because of Terrie. Since I'm on a limited budget, these projects have spanded a few years. That's one reason I really enjoyed working with her.

Terrie took my 55 year old kitchen and designed a gorgeous great room for everyone to enjoy. She brought the subs she has worked with for many years and was here to make sure everyone did the job they were hired to do. We are now working into other rooms. Terrie also took me to all the wholesale houses to pick out my appliances and any other items needed to complete the remodel.

Did the design work both inside and out for a remodel costing approx. $200000. Worked with and found sub contractors for all aspects of the 8 month project and found and worked with suppliers for materials

Terrie Kaufman, Den of Interiors, helped me create a beautiful downstairs living room, kitchen and family room. Her innovative placements of furniture and terrific colors for walls, fabric etc. turned the drab ordinary areas into lovely comfortable surroundings to relax in and enjoy for myself and family or when I entertain. Her knowledge and experience was wonderful. Doing things I could not ever have believed to try let along create and accomplish. The cost was within my budget and completed in a timely manner.
