Dane Austin’s Boston interior design studio gave this 1889 Arts and Crafts home a lively, exciting look with bright colors, metal accents, and disparate prints and patterns that create stunning contrast. The enhancements complement the home’s charming, well-preserved original features including lead glass windows and Victorian-era millwork.

The Opulence, an ever trending rectangle pool with a custom sundeck in the shallow end provides ample space for children and adults to cool off while still catching sun rays. (The steps and sundeck span the width of the pool). This pool is enclosed with a symmetrical patio and surrounded by vibrant plant life. In addition this yard boasts a pool house with a pergola. As outdoor living is becoming a must have for New Jersey homeowners, this yard has multiple relaxing and lounging zones complementing the center of it all, the inground swimming pool.

H2D Architecture + Design developed a comprehensive vision for the renovation of this Bellevue residence, creating a cohesive master plan that can be implemented in phased construction to align with the homeowners' priorities, budget, and timeline. The first phase reimagined the primary suite, including a redesigned bathroom, reconfigured closet and bedroom. Strategic space planning enhanced the functionality and flow of each space while creating a serene, spa-inspired retreat tailored to the homeowners' lifestyle. Future phases will transform the home's main living areas through a complete reconfiguration of the kitchen, dining room, entry, and living room. The design will improve circulation, increase functionality, and create light-filled, beautifully connected spaces.

Our design studio completely transformed this California ranch with a light and airy palette highlighted with warm accents and an inviting, family-friendly ambience. All the living areas in the home are bathed in natural light and feature comfortable, functional furniture like cozy yet elegant sectionals. Floor-to-ceiling built-ins house the TVs and offer storage and display areas. The black-and-white fireplace is a design focal point with a decorative mirror flanked by sleek wall lights. Spacious white cabinetry provides abundant storage in the kitchen, and the light palette is complemented with gold pendants and fixtures. The bedrooms and bathrooms are oases of calm, offering luxurious retreats to unwind and rejuvenate.

A peninsula was removed to make way for a large island painted in Whale Grey and anchored by woven white leather bar stools. Blue Cloud leathered quartzite countertops inspired by sand and sea were used to add texture throughout the space. The framed inset Shaker cabinets have hardware in polished nickel for shine and are complemented by pendant lighting from Urban Electric.

A small homage to artist Piet Mondrian in these bold rectangular primary colored cabinets. Complementing the color scheme is a bright graphic illustration gracing the pure white walls. Bright, clean, and simple is the aesthetic.

This serene Zen-style bathroom combines natural textures with a modern, minimalist design. A floating bamboo vanity with quartz countertop anchors the space, complemented by black fixtures and warm wood accents. The spacious walk-in shower features a pebble tile floor, dual rainfall heads, and a built-in bench, while a freestanding tub set against a textured wall offers a spa-like retreat. Large-format floor tiles and soft lighting enhance the calming atmosphere, creating a perfect space for relaxation.

This landscape of this transitional dwelling aims to compliment the architecture while providing an outdoor space for high end living and entertainment. The outdoor kitchen, hot tub, tiered gardens, living and dining areas as well as a formal lawn provide ample space for enjoyment year round.

This entryway bench is wrapped in walnut with built-in cubbies below an upholstered bench, serving as a place to stop and take off shoes and drop your bag. The vertical channel upholstered back in olive green leather makes a statement.

This gorgeous kitchen was designed as part of a beautiful new home. The homeowner loved to cook and entertain, both function and aesthetics were very important to her. She wanted a kitchen designed for multiple cooks and lots of room for her family to gather. Traffic flow was key, it needed to flow easily into the adjacent spaces.
The large island full of drawer storage became the major focal point of this kitchen. A custom grey stain on hickory was used to complement the white perimeter cabinets. The unique blue Skye quartzite was used just on the island adding a nice element of drama to the kitchen. The placement of the Double ovens, steam oven, microwave and range top was thought out carefully to meet the homeowners’ requirements.

Situated along Manhattan’s prestigious “Gold Coast,” the building at 17 East 12th Street was developed by Rigby Asset Management, a New York-based real estate investment and development firm that specializes in rehabilitating underutilized commercial properties into high-end residential buildings. For the building’s model apartment, Rigby enlisted Nicole Fuller Interiors to create a bold and luxurious environment that complemented the grand vision of project architect, Bromley Caldari. Fuller specified products from her not-so-little black book of design resources to stage the space with museum-quality artworks, precious antiques, statement light fixtures, and contemporary furnishings, rugs, and window treatments.
