This is a Dolby Atmos 7.2.4 Home Theater room consisting of Key Ultimate Home Theater Speakers which are all THX certified. All of the speakers are hidden behind all the custom made wall treatments that surround all the wood working. The Screen Innovations Black Diamond Film Screen is 144" diagonal and is setup with 2:35:1 to accommodate true widescreen. The screen has LED back lighting for added ambience. The video projector is being done by a Kef Laser projector so no bulbs to replace. The signal processing for both video and audio is by an Integra Processor and all the speakers are being driven off Parasound Halo series amplifiers. The seating was custom made by United Leather seating. The original chair the client liked was from another manufacture that no longer sold seating so we shipped it to them and they custom built them but with their standards. All control is from Control 4 to include A/V, Lighting and HVAC integration for the theater.

Oppo BDP-103 Blu-ray as an Reference Video and Audiophile Source, a fix wall mounted projection screen, this home theater has a great sound reproduction, excellent video quality and a clean modern look. This project was design and pre calculated using CAD SW for the most precise fast and efficient white glove art type installation. A Premium experience with a premium installation and great equipment at a good price, this is a hard to find combination.

Proving that every home can be beautiful, regardless of size, style or budget...this master bedroom used carefully selected products from budget-friendly sources. Bold colors and use of texture create an inviting and beautiful bed, all without breaking the bank. The ample use of color helps reflect the youth of the couple, while the tailored and structured styling of the bed and tufted chairs add sophistication and a casual maturity. Tall ceilings were accented with the use of tall mirrors behind the nightstands and through floor-to-ceiling red drapes (in production during photos). Although there is ample natural light, there was no ceiling lighting. A modern ceiling fan with a drum-style light kit was added. The mirrors also serve to amplify the side lamps in the evening. A sitting area for relaxing, reading, and retreat was added with an area rug to balance the room with color and scale.

Separated from the living area, the bedroom is designed to be the coziest space in the unit. The bedroom's strategic use of mirrors on either side of the bed amplifies the available light from the window and enables the room to feel larger and brighter. An elevated bedframe allows for storage underneath.

High end custom plumbing fixtures offers clean simple lines. Center island with chandelier centers the room while providing glam to the space. Swarovski handle amplifies the glam look of the island. Simple shaker doors and wall-to-wall custom closet with large handles don’t overpower the space. Gorgeous 24”x24” patented textured floor tiles with slight sheen ground the large open space while providing overall warmth and glam.

This 3 level elegant and ultra-modern well-designed staircase features dark wooden treads, no risers, a horizontal railing system, and plenty of space beneath the stairs. The gaps/spaces (code compliant) between the wooden treads let the maximum amount of light shine from the top floor windows, and the ½” stainless steel horizontal rods amplify the look of the space under the landings. This Coastal kitchen renovation was a detail-oriented renovation, as every small detail made up the greater difference between an outdated kitchen and a Coastal-inspired gathering place. Every detail was meticulously tailored to open up the space and harness the natural light, culminating in a sanctuary of timeless elegance. With the removal of overhead cabinets, dark appliances and a cluttered backsplash, the kitchen instantly opened up, creating an airy, light-filled atmosphere. From white walls to white countertops, predominantly white features were strategically chosen to reflect and amplify the abundant natural light streaming through the expansive windows, creating a luminous and inviting environment. The backsplash, positioned horizontally to visually widen the space, creates a visual sense of expansiveness. Silver appliances contribute to a cool tone which ultimately creates a calm feeling. The accentual wood elements bring warmth and charm, seamlessly blending with the Coastal theme while adding a cozy ambiance. From the removal of clutter to the strategic use of white hues and natural materials, small details contributed to the greater whole to create a serene haven for culinary creativity and cherished gatherings to come to this kitchen.

This elegant European Farmhouse greets you with rustic-inspired dormer windows, a large pillared porch and plenty of countryside charm. Large windows, full-glass doors and a spacious floor plan in both the upper and lower levels invite natural light and air flow into the home, while luxurious seating encourages you to lounge beside one of the many fireplaces. Classic fixtures adorn the bright and spacious kitchen complete with leathered granite countertops. Hand crafted coffered wood ceilings, white oak floors and expertly-crafted cabinetry lend a pastoral feel to the home throughout. A large detached equestrian barn with seating area amplifies the farmhouse ambiance and the wine room adds an elevated old country feel.

A modern great room built for crowds with NanaWall opening glass doors. A single gesture: open the NanaWall systems and the kitchen, dining, and lounge become one shaded pavilion. Slim frames, high ceilings, and clerestories amplify light while keeping the palette calm.

A very small backyard nestled into the edge of a steep slope was the beginning of this space. Further the client, a Sea Captain wanted a copper roof over the patio to amplify the sound of falling rain. Terrain worked closely with the designers to squeeze in an upper IPE entertaining deck, spiral staircase and gas fire pit all clad with sheets of custom made copper. The garden has aged to a beautiful patina and the area is enjoyed year round by the clients. Designed by Dakota Designs.
