The key to this project was to create a kitchen fitting of a residence with strong Industrial aesthetics. The PB Kitchen Design team managed to preserve the warmth and organic feel of the home’s architecture. The sturdy materials used to enrich the integrity of the design, never take away from the fact that this space is meant for hospitality. Functionally, the kitchen works equally well for quick family meals or large gatherings. But take a closer look at the use of texture and height. Take a look at this two-story historical design that is both unique and welcoming. This laundry room continues the bright feel of the house and provides for plenty of space to wash, dry, and fold the weekly laundry.

This space needed to be redesigned to better improve both the functionality and overall aesthetics of the room. The narrow footprint didn’t inhibit on all that is included in this laundry and mud room! The homeowners received their much-needed overflow pantry storage, ample shoe storage for their growing family, and plenty of room to fold laundry with additional space made for a drying rack and pull out waste/recycle bin. The final design gives everything a place!

Who wouldn't mind doing laundry in such a bright and colorful laundry room? Custom cabinetry allows for creating a space with the exact specifications of the homeowner and is the perfect backdrop for the floor to ceiling white subway tiles. From a hanging drying station, hidden litterbox storage, antimicrobial and durable white Krion countertops to beautiful walnut shelving, this laundry room is as beautiful as it is functional. For this project, we expanded what was a very small laundry room out on to the existing porch to make it 2.5x in size. The resulting laundry/ mudroom has an industrial/farmhouse feel. We used white cabinets, concrete color grey quartz, a rustic italian tile in heringbone pattern on the floor and hexagon graphic backsplash tile for a little more personality. We added a wall of cubbies for the family and added a live edge wood bench to warm things up. We love both the function and beauty of this room for the family.

We recently created this super stylish and functional laundry room, equipped with custom made, fold-away clothes drying racks, an area that doubles as a gift wrapping station with drawers that dispense ribbons, and many other unique features.

A design for a busy, active family longing for order and a central place for the family to gather. We utilized every inch of this room from floor to ceiling to give custom cabinetry that would completely expand their kitchen storage. Directly off the kitchen overlooks their dining space, with beautiful brown leather stools detailed with exposed nail heads and white wood. Fresh colors of bright blue and yellow liven their dining area. The kitchen & dining space is completely rejuvenated as these crisp whites and colorful details breath life into this family hub. We further fulfilled our ambition of maximum storage in our design of this client’s mudroom and laundry room. We completely transformed these areas with our millwork and cabinet designs allowing for the best amount of storage in a well-organized entry. Few people love the chore of doing laundry but having a pretty room to do it in certainly helps. A face-lift was all this space needed — newly painted taupe cabinets, an antiqued mirror light fixture and shimmery wallpaper brighten the room and bounce around the light.
