In this new construction home, we worked with the builder to provide cabinets and countertop materials. The cabinets installed in this beautiful kitchen are Medallion Designer Windwood Door, Maple Wood, Rumberry Stain with Ebony Glaze accented with Oil Rubbed Bronze Traditional Cabinet Hardware Handle Pulls and 3 ring Cabinet Knobs. The hood is Carriage Black with Cafe Glaze with Heirloom Finish. For the countertop, Cambria Quartz in Canterbury 3cm was installed.

This gorgeous barndominium boasts 10′ first floor ceilings and 9′ second floor. You will enter the house from the covered porch which opens to an expansive vaulted living space. The standard plan is a one story full vaulted ceiling throughout but the optional plan has a private master suite on the second floor with a balcony open to below. A unique Home Internet Cafe’ is just inside the front door and opens onto the front lounging porch. This 3 bedroom 2 1/2- 3 bath barndominium can fit nicely in any surrounding. It can be classy, elegant or country. Choose your style from any of our three barndo choices. (This plan is on the board and under design now)

KITCHEN GREATROOM ADDITION, Vermont:
This 336 sq. ft. addition was the answer to our clients' dream of having a great cooking space and dining area that allowed them to take advantage of the gorgeous meadow/mountain views unique to this site. Originally built as a "starter home" the dwelling was lacking in natural light, and access to the available vista. Being an avid gardener and natural foods cook, our client needed a kitchen upgrade, food preparation space and lots of storage.
In the renovation the old kitchen space became a mudroom/laundry room and pantry, providing functionality that was previously unavailable in the small home.
The simple shaker cabinets and farmhouse style windows work perfectly with the country setting. The , Viking cooktop, and pop-up vent, corner banquette, and many cabinetry storage units were just a few of the carefully planned features that allowed us to make the best use of the modest space while keeping views free and clear.

This custom home was designed by the talented architects at Platt Architecture. “Reclaimed Wonder” is located in the private golf community Wade Hampton Golf Club in Cashiers, North Carolina. Every detail of this home was designed to create a work of art. Not only is the small mountain town of Cashiers a truly beautiful place, but this luxury home creates a beautiful retreat as well. The color palette of the reclaimed wood beams and wall planks along with the indigenous stone choices and carefully appointed warm amber lighting creates an ambiance true to the natural beauty surrounding the home, a feeling that carries seamlessly into the home’s rustic bathroom.
