Classic bathroom design with a color palette of black and white, rich gray and soft blue. Dark gray vanity and linen cabinet, quartz countertop, restored original clawfoot tub by reglazing, painting and updating fixtures. This lovely family bathroom was remodelled to update for a busy family. The existing bathroom was small with a spacious separate powder room next store. I combined the two rooms to provide a generous bathroom space. The home is a Georgian terrace and required a classic bathroom to be incepting with the traditional architecture of the home with a modern twist. The bathroom cabinet was custom made to look like a piece of furniture and the bath wall was tiled in a feature herringbone marble tile. The other walls were tiled in the same marble but in a large brick pattern tile with a dark charcoal ceramic tile used on the floor. Custom shaving cabinets were made to add a style and depth of colour and storage within.

Here's a quick tale of a family of four in Meridian Hills, Indianapolis, with awesome taste who already redone the public areas of the house, but not the two teenage kids' bathrooms upstairs...which were untouched and from another era (see before pics). With the possibility of a move within the next five years, they wanted a versatile, classic look that would appeal to buyers with a wide range of aesthetic preferences. While the products were basically the same in both bathrooms, the plan was to use the wall color to make each room personal. Turns out the clients were relocated for a job right after the bathrooms were completed, hence the neutral blue in both bathrooms. Ultimately, we'd like to hope that these versatile and classic bathrooms helped make a quick sale for the homeowners. The 2009 Coastal Living Idea House at I'On in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina showcases transitional design and modern vernacular architecture. Built to Gold LEED standards, this Lowcountry home is environmentally sound and inherently sustainable.

The classic white color palate combines chrome fixtures and black iron lighting to create a traditional bath with farmhouse accents. White marble and white subway tile are both elegant and timeless. The free standing tub with iron lighting above is an inviting focal point of the room. The extra large shower also boasts a drying area and towel warmer.

This client was looking to create a guest bathroom that had more of an "East Coast" feel. The vanity has inset doors and drawers. Wainscoting was added around the entire bathroom. The pony wall was added to the tub to accommodate fixtures to be within reach. One niche was added above the tub and another was added in the shower (away from view).
