his 1901 Victorian was a long awaited dream home. The owners wanted a house that was comfortable, yet retained an historic feel. From a complete kitchen remodel to the new master suite, every aspect of this 3,300 SF house now confirms its Victorian roots. Just last year, in order to give visitors the best shopping and entertainment experience, the official Westfield Valencia Town Center in California announced a $100-million investment to add features, including a new Costco, luxury cinema and fitness center, dramatically transforming the site of one of the mall’s original anchor stores，and planed to be completed by mid- to late-2020. We are honored to have the opportunity to be a custom furniture supplier in the food court area of ​​this project. We received enquiries from the client in the US in early April 2019. After learning and discussing the details of the project, our team took the project seriously and offered a quote to our client. Since this is the first cooperation with the client, we are very grateful for their support and trust! We are happy to know that the owner is satisfied with the five furniture models. Although we spend a lot of time confirming all the shop drawings and materials, we still maintain a good relationship and hope to do our utmost to deliver the custom made furniture to meet the expectations of our client. After countless details and materials confirmed, we finally made all the furniture on time and shipped them to the United States in September. When we receive many beautiful photos from our customers, everything is worth it. Nothing is more exciting than satisfying customers!

The goal of this renovation was to create balance without mirror symmetry. Designing with the Golden Rectangle based on the Fibonacci numbers, where the width is 62% of its height is the pleasing proportion that all objects in the universe, including the DNA module, are based. The cabinets or their combinations in this composition are either golden rectangles or squares. Their specific size and placement creates the focal point above the open shelf which is confirmed by the crossing of the diagonal lines. Based on our perception and use of the golden proportion, the sink backsplash is 7” of granite, 11” painted. Similarly, the same dimensions as a stair riser and tread. In a high ceiling making only one cabinet taller and deeper alludes to the space without being overwhelming. Form is in the cherry cabinets and granite counter tops. Function includes the dog bowl.

This drain cleaning and repair project in Tarzana, CA focused on restoring proper drainage and addressing buildup within the affected lines. We inspected the drainage system to locate the restriction, then used professional drain-cleaning equipment to clear the blockage and remove debris from the pipe walls. Where needed, we used hydro-jetting to clean the interior of the line and improve flow through the affected section. We performed a video inspection to check the pipe's condition and confirm the line was open and functioning as intended.
