We completely reconfigured this 2-level home in a Boston historic neighborhood to bring it to today’s style of living. The mechanical room was in the center of the lower level. We shifted its location along with nearly every other space in the home. It’s now a stunning, bright entertaining space. We selected beautiful furnishings that offer a fresh take on traditional. A complete new home – start to finish.

This beautiful home for a family of four got a refreshing new design, making it a true reflection of the homeowners' personalities. The living room was designed to look bright and spacious with a stunning custom white oak coffee table, stylish swivel chairs, and a comfortable pale peach sofa. An antique bejeweled snake light creates an attractive focal point encouraging fun conversations in the living room. In the kitchen, we upgraded the countertops and added a beautiful backsplash, and the dining area was painted a soothing sage green adding color and character to the space. One of the kids' bedrooms got a unique platform bed with a study and storage area below it. The second bedroom was designed with a custom day bed with stylish tassels and a beautiful bulletin board wall with a custom neon light for the young occupant to decorate at will. The guest room, with its earthy tones and textures, has a lovely "California casual" appeal, while the primary bedroom was designed like a haven for relaxation with black-out curtains, a statement chain link chandelier, and a beautiful custom bed. In the primary bath, we added a huge mirror, custom white oak cabinetry, and brass fixtures, creating a luxurious retreat! ---Project designed by Sara Barney’s Austin interior design studio BANDD DESIGN. The owners of Grand enlisted the Renovation Sells team to gut their entire 3,000 square foot River North townhouse in preparation for a sale in one year. Renovation Sells redesigned the first floor to create a bright open concept kitchen, dining and living area. The new kitchen layout caters to entertaining. We created fresh yet warm spaces throughout, including a unique design for three separate baths. Patterned tiles stole the show from the first floor powder room, continuing up into the playful guest bathroom and into the sophisticated master bath. The renovation was tied together by using wood and warm tones throughout. Our guess is the owners won’t want to leave!

Inspiration for a scandinavian kitchen remodel in London

This 3000 SF farmhouse features four bedrooms and three baths over two floors. A first floor study can be used as a fifth bedroom. Open concept plan features beautiful kitchen with breakfast area and great room with fireplace. Butler's pantry leads to separate dining room. Upstairs, large master suite features a recessed ceiling and custom barn door leading to the marble master bath.

This entryway bench is wrapped in walnut with built-in cubbies below an upholstered bench, serving as a place to stop and take off shoes and drop your bag. The vertical channel upholstered back in olive green leather makes a statement.

This landscape of this transitional dwelling aims to compliment the architecture while providing an outdoor space for high end living and entertainment. Bright pops of color and unique lighting continue from the kitchen into the dining area. Black high gloss full overlay cabinets also provide a minimalist look and add extra storage.
