The primary goal for this project was to craft a modernist derivation of pueblo architecture. Set into a heavily laden boulder hillside, the design also reflects the nature of the stacked boulder formations. The site, located near local landmark Pinnacle Peak, offered breathtaking views which were largely upward, making proximity an issue. Maintaining southwest fenestration protection and maximizing views created the primary design constraint. The views are maximized with careful orientation, exacting overhangs, and wing wall locations. The overhangs intertwine and undulate with alternating materials stacking to reinforce the boulder strewn backdrop. The elegant material palette and siting allow for great harmony with the native desert.
The Elegant Modern at Estancia was the collaboration of many of the Valley's finest luxury home specialists. Interiors guru David Michael Miller contributed elegance and refinement in every detail. Landscape architect Russ Greey of Greey | Pickett contributed a landscape design that not only complimented the architecture, but nestled into the surrounding desert as if always a part of it. And contractor Manship Builders -- Jim Manship and project manager Mark Laidlaw -- brought precision and skill to the construction of what architect C.P. Drewett described as "a watch."

Keeping the original old farmhouse feel but extending the living and kitchen space was top priority for this family home. Natural hickory flooring, a dramatic granite piece for the island, and beamed ceilings in the newly added great room contribute to the subtle variations that make this space so interesting and warm.

Classic shower with neutral subway tile and an encaustic tile floor. The custom wall cabinetry in the bathroom was fashioned after a european style mixing two different door styles but the cabinetry was custom made in America. White marble flooring and white slab countertop further contribute to the glamous feeling of the space.

This Eichler home in Southern California is open, bright and inspiring. A view looking out to the atrium at the center of the home shows the amount of light atriums contribute to the whole space. This dinning set has been in the family since late 1800 and was brought from Spain by the cusotmer's grandparents. It was very important to bring back its glamour. We started by upholstering the chairs with a silk compose that added lots of character to them.
We created a focal point by adding a stunning circle wall paper and complemented it with sheer ice color window treatment that contributed to create a serene mood to promotes relaxation and enjoyment.

Uncluttered, sleek lines contribute towards the sophisticated look this modern kitchen. These PG Bison Supagloss Storm Grey & Folkstone Grey handleless cabinets with PG Bison Haven framed units and white Quartz countertops, brings luxury together with different textures in this modern kitchen. Handleless units and integrated Smeg appliances are a great way to create a streamlined feel.

The choice of a white wooden fireplace surround brings a fresh and timeless appeal to the living room area. The clean lines and neutral color palette of white effortlessly enhance the overall atmosphere, making the space feel brighter, airier, and more inviting. Bridge/drive design complying with City of Atlanta Watershed regulations and State of Georgia EPD criteria was an essential component in realizing the project.
• All non-native and invasive plant species were removed. Native plants now populate the landscaping, reducing runoff, lowering maintenance and, to the ecology of the neighborhood, contributing a Doug Tallamy style homegrown national park
