The laundry room in London's apartment is a small, but essential space. It is located near the kitchen and is equipped with a washer and dryer. The room has enough space for laundry supplies and some storage. The walls are painted in a light blue color, which gives the room a calm and fresh atmosphere. Despite its small size, the laundry room is a convenient place to do laundry without having to leave the apartment. It is also a great spot to air-dry clothes or hang them up after ironing. An entry area to the home, this family laundry room became a catch-all for coats, bags and shoes. It also served as the laundry hub with a collection of portable drying racks, storage shelves and furniture that did not optimize the available space and layout. The new design made the most of the unique space and delivered an organized and attractive mud and laundry room with bench seating, hooks for hanging jackets and laundry needs, integrated wall drying racks, and lots of convenient storage.

This custom Arts & Crafts Crown Point Cabinetry kitchen and bar area features, Quartersawn White Oak with a Washington Cherry stained finish. The Island and custom Range Hood both feature, Bee’s Wax over Eco Brown stain and Burnished over Maple. The kitchen and bar area cabinetry have a Craftsman style door with Black Walnut pegs, while the island presents an Old Cupboard door style that blends seamlessly.
