With a strong geometric character, DUO is a dialogue between two different shades of cork. The DUO exists in 5 versions. Each grows from its two-dimensional tile pattern making it a three-dimensional volume that ends in circular shape. Thus, we can switch between two functions: a square table and a circular bench. Together, DUOs create vibrant compositions and a set of shapes according to where they are observed.
Materials
Composite black cork and composite light cork.
Finishes:
Colorless aqueous coating with water, oil, stain and dirt repellency properties, as well as high UV resistance and aging properties.
Dimension

Bedroom - mid-sized contemporary master bedroom idea in Vancouver with gray walls and no fireplace
Bedroom - mid-sized contemporary master bedroom idea in Vancouver with gray walls and no fireplace

Cabinets were painted white and dark grey, new backsplash and countertop, new table top too. Yellow accents give a fresh new look to the space.
Since the hardwood floor was not even, we decided to install 4 mm cork tiles on top of it.

This is the Man Cave. Oversized seating (that custom sofa is nearly 12 feet long!), a stocked wet bar and counter-height game table invite the guys (and gals!) to relax for the big game or a blockbuster. The floor is cork, which provides a warm look and quiet softness underfoot. The colorful wool rug sets the palette for the furnishings and accessories in the space. Can I get you a drink?

This beautiful Craftsman style Passive House has a carbon footprint 20% that of a typically built home in Oregon. Its 12-in. thick walls with cork insulation, ultra-high efficiency windows and doors, solar panels, heat pump hot water, Energy Star appliances, fresh air intake unit, and natural daylighting keep its utility bills exceptionally low.

Lined in natural cork, a watertight, floating floor offers a distinct, acoustical advantage. Ocean waves are suggested in the weave of durable fabric on a pair of upholstered armchairs. Made locally, a space smart sleeper sofa pulls out to offer a plush gel topped memory foam mattress as opposed to hard bars and coils lurking within.
