Free form pool and spa features waterfall and cave with deep-end jumping rock, large tanning deck, in-pool bar stools and a pebble-plaster surface. A travertine deck surrounds the pool while flagstone is used for the coping and as the flooring in the outdoor kitchen. Large palms and gas tiki torches add a tropical feel to the space. The outdoor kitchen is constructed of rough cedar and has a wet bar, grill, refrigerator, post-mounted fans and an enclosed entertainment system.

The pergola and small grilling area are located right off the house's kitchen and dining area inside. A small area cantilevered from the main deck serves to accommodate the owner's grill. New stairs descend to the level of the garage and driveway below.

The lower level of this modern farmhouse features a large game room that connects out to the screen porch, pool terrace and fire pit beyond. One end of the space is a large lounge area for watching TV and the other end has a built-in wet bar and accordion windows that open up to the screen porch.
