This townhome was initially built for wheelchair accessibility which the new owners did not require. Most main floor rooms were reconfigured to create a more efficient floorplan for the new owners. Maximizing storage was a key theme in every room and substantial custom cabinetry was added. Finishes were extensively upgraded including countertops, flooring, plumbing fixtures, and lighting.

For the living room, we were tasked with creating an architectural, elegant space to seat fifteen. A den/library highlights the homeowner’s passion for green. In the powder room, we selected green and navy grasscloth wallpaper for a burst of vibrancy.

The home is able to achieve passive house standards and take full advantage of the views with the use of Glo’s A7 triple pane windows and doors. The PHIUS (Passive House Institute US) certified series boasts triple pane glazing, a larger thermal break, high-performance spacers, and multiple air-seals. The large picture windows frame the landscape while maintaining comfortable interior temperatures year-round. The strategically placed operable windows throughout the residence offer cross-ventilation and a visual connection to the sweeping views of Utah. The modern hardware and color selection of the windows are not only aesthetically exceptional, but remain true to the mid-century modern design.

Jeremy Gantz This major remodel on Lake Champlain involved removing the roof a simple cape and adding another story, creating a substantial home. The corner turret anchors the building and provides great space for a breakfast room, home office and and artist's studio!

Two cylindrical glass pendants introduce focused light above the island, with metallic fittings that coordinate with the cabinet hardware. Tall blue pantry cabinets provide substantial storage behind them, while the pale countertop creates a crisp visual contrast.

We changed the layout in this master ensuite quite substantially and in so doing created two separate his and her vanities. The curbless shower base is tiled with micropebbles embedded within slate tile. The rose gold fixtures warm up the mostly white and beige aesthetic.

Jennifer Haley Custom created Epoxy countertops with copper paint and metallics. Substantially less expensive than copper countertops and just as stunning.

The double sink vanity now “floated” off of the floor giving the perception of airiness and allowing for easy cleaning and under cabinet “night lights”. This required adding substantial blocking behind the wall to accommodate the weight load. Teak wood was used to build the custom cabinetry and streamlined faucets and bowls continue the simple lines of the piece. Floating shelving also flanks one side of the free standing tub creating space for storage and display without taking up floor space.

This stunning Rhode Island Retreat is an Acorn Deck House Company collaboration with Glen S. Fontecchio Architects. This dining room in the lake house offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern elegance, creating an inviting space for gatherings and meals. The centerpiece is a substantial wooden dining table with a natural finish, highlighting the wood's grain and texture. Overhead, a distinctive chandelier with industrial-inspired design adds a modern flair to the room. The circular glass shades provide warm, ambient lighting, enhancing the cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere. This dining area is designed to be both functional and stylish, creating a beautiful backdrop for memorable meals in the heart of the lake house.

Our objective on this project was to create an inviting environment within the master bedroom that fit within the house's overall beach vibe. From a functional perspective, the goal was to maximize storage space for the husband and wife. . We utilized clean white materials to create an open-feeling space and complement the light hardwood floors. We also provided substantial shelving space for the couple to store their large collection of shoes, sweaters and accessories, and we added key accessories like a locking jewelry drawer and tilt out hampers.
