Creative solutions and refining touches make this luxury, 2-story condo complete remodel a resounding success. The addition of a powder bath, and the open-concept kitchen redesign transformed and revitalized the main floor living space. Both existing bathrooms were also completely redone with new tile, cabinets, countertops and fixtures. The new bamboo flooring, and a richly textured “basket weave” pattern carpet give the spaces a warm, island feel. Combining all new furnishings from classic and reliable sources such as Drexel Heritage, Tommy Bahama, and Palecek, with lighting fixtures by Corbett, the rooms glow with comfort, style, and visual appeal. Dramatic area rugs add interest and grounding. Rich, warm earth tones in a sophisticated palette flow throughout. Original island inspired murals and paintings by artist Penelope, and a large limited edition giclee by Brigitte D’Annibale grace the walls. The home is a perfect balance of personalized space for the owners when in residence, and a durable, comfortable unit for vacationing guests.

A Master Bedroom update began with new wall colors, and new carpeting. While the client was not ready to part with her traditional furniture, she wanted an overall edited and more transitional approach to the new draperies, bedding, and accessories. Updated art, lighting, custom draperies and custom bedding were all a part of this Master Bedroom update. She loved how the purple sham fabric connected with the deep furniture and the saturated neutral wall color behind the bed. This fabric was our starting point to transform this Master Bedroom. On this side of the room, draperies were able to be installed on decorative traverse poles in a finish similar to the furniture. Design by Linda H. Bassert, Masterworks Window Fashions & Design, LLC. The client came to us to transform a room in their new house, with the purpose of entertaining friends. In order to give them the relaxed, airy vibe they were looking for, the original outdated space needed some TLC... starting with a coat of paint. We did a walk through with the client to get a feel for the room we’d be working with, asked the couple to give us some insight into their budget and color and style preferences, and then we got to work! We created three unique design concepts with their preferences in mind: Beachy, Breezy and Boho. Our client chose concept #2 "Breezy" and we got cranking on the procurement and installation (as in putting together an Ikea table). From designing, editing, and ordering to installing, our process took just a few weeks for this project (most of the lag time spent waiting for furniture to arrive)! And we managed to get the husband's seal of approval, too. Double win.

When our clients set out to reimagine their traditional-leaning home in Menlo Park, they sought a transformation that would honor its classic character while embracing a fresh, modern sensibility. Our approach blended refined details with contemporary updates, resulting in spaces that feel both timeless and current. The home now embodies a quiet elegance—sophisticated yet inviting, polished yet perfectly suited to the rhythms of family life, and their beloved dog. Notable Furnishings & Materials: Living Room - Pottery Barn Metal Cocktail Table Bronze - Delmara Area Rug - Jaipur - Kravet Derring Sofa - DeSousa Hughes Fabrics - The Romo Group Black Edition in Marmori Teal - Kravet Swivel Chairs - Custom Velvet Fabric - Kneedler Fauchere - Seat and Pillow Fabric - Geometric fabric with refined texture and weaves / Nobilis, Pattern: Plazza - THADDEUS GLASS ROUND COFFEE TABLE - Restoration Hardware - Bedrosians Hearth Tile - Natural stone linear mosaic tile / Marble, Color/Finish: Nero Marquina - Marble look porcelain tile - Surround Hearth, through All Natural Stone
