With their detailed black and gold geometric patterns, the four Art Deco Dessert Plates in this set emulate the charm of the 1920s. Ideal as a striking addition to a dinner party or simply for day-to-day use, the plates each have a diameter of 20 centimetres and should be handwashed rather than put into the dishwasher. Portuguese ceramics company Spal creates stylish and functional everyday items that reflect the brand's values: design, innovation and quality.

We teamed up with our New Home Owner client in Manhasset to create this spacious open access basement within the existing foot print. All existing closets and wood paneling were removed and new sheetrock walls and ceiling were installed with recessed 4" LED lighting with three way control switches for ease of use. We complemented the open design with the installation of a custom Oak open staircase to emulate the upstairs staircase. A laundry room was designed to house a custom closet and new appliances in the original location. We also installed all new Italian porcelain tiles on the floor in a subway pattern. Our Professional Photographer from Chuck Dana's Photography was called in to capture the beauty of the newly created space.

Hawkeye Landscape Design We began this project with the idea of making a friendly entryway and social area under the Mulberry tree which provides much needed shade in this hot, mountainous area. The 'red fescue' meadow grass has a cooling effect and the agaves reduce the need for excess water and maintenance. The backyard has a covered dining area with a corner lounge and fireplace. The large barbecue offers a cantilevered counter for entertaining. The waterfall into the pool is surrounded with bamboo and plantings that emulate the hillside beyond the property. The permeable paving and mix of Vitex and Olive trees provide shade for smaller seating areas to enjoy the variety of succulents throughout the garden

Japanese design inspired this primary bath with floating vanity and enclosed shower with teak bench that passes through the glass enclosure. Existing utilities beneath the island could not be moved but instead are concealed with a low shelf. A concrete counter, a porcelain floor emulating stone, Japanese tile, and birds eye maple cabinets all contribute to this soothing and natural primary bath.

The home's exterior was designed to emulate a traditional rambling colonial farmhouse, integrated with the land to look like it has always been there. This high-rise condominium at The Mayfair longed for the renewal conceptualized in its 3 bathrooms. Each was a complete renovation, adding relevant aesthetic updates and much-needed functionality and storage. We capitalized on the immense amount of natural light in the primary bath and we amplified it throughout the space by opening up walls to the shower, lining the vanity with full-sized, built-in vanity mirrors, and distributing electrified lighting throughout. Custom cabinetry was designed to capture every inch of usable perimeter space and incorporate the elevated tub platform. The guest bath emulates a classic, luxury hotel feel infused with color, a great tile pattern on the focal shower wall, a furniture-style vanity, and a fun floor design. The powder bath is dark and moody with textural wallpaper and an espresso-colored porcelain floor tile emulating marble. All of the appointments throughout exude the luxury look and feel the client desired, are maintenance friendly and will stand the test of time.
