The tub utilizes as fixed shower glass in lieu of a rod and curtain. The bathroom is designed with long subway tiles and a large niche with ample space for bathing needs.

The upper deck includes Ipe flooring, an outdoor kitchen with concrete countertops, and a custom decorative metal railing that connects to the lower deck's artificial turf area. The ground level features custom concrete pavers, fire pit, open framed pergola with day bed and under decking system.

We started by removing the T-Moulding between the 2 rooms to extend the livingroom over the tile and completely change the overall look of the space. We ran the flooring through the hallway to open the space up. Our workers always use precise measurements to ensure quality work. This colour really opened up the space, and by extending it over the tile, they got the livingroom they've been dreaming about.

Mid-sized transitional white one-story stucco exterior home idea in Atlanta with a mixed material roof

Before renovating, this bright and airy family kitchen was small, cramped and dark. The dining room was being used for spillover storage, and there was hardly room for two cooks in the kitchen. By knocking out the wall separating the two rooms, we created a large kitchen space with plenty of storage, space for cooking and baking, and a gathering table for kids and family friends. The dark navy blue cabinets set apart the area for baking, with a deep, bright counter for cooling racks, a tiled niche for the mixer, and pantries dedicated to baking supplies. The space next to the beverage center was used to create a beautiful eat-in dining area with an over-sized pendant and provided a stunning focal point visible from the front entry. The client wanted patio space for a chair so she could relax in the sun when the mood struck. The only spot in the yard with any sun is near the fence gate. A full-range New York Bluestone patio was added using 30” x 30” slabs. These slabs are dry-set so leveling was a challenge.
