AG Millworks

I have been selling AG Milworks products to my contractor customers for years now. AG makes excellent product. I find their millwork very accurate and assembly extremely good. Their product line provides solutions in many different operating types of doors. Of all the many choices I have to provide, AG is always my recommendation. No issues with follow up service. Their inside and outside support teams are experienced and responsive.

UPDATE: So their customer service team did contact me after this post. They decided to break down an existing door to give me the parts (which frankly, they should've done that in the first place instead of making me wait months for the parts to come in). The parts came in within a couple of days but were missing screws. I had to call back and ask them to send the additional screws in, which also came in within a couple of days as well. They did call me every 4 business days to see how things are going but how this went down and my perception of their motives for service recovery still leaves a sour taste. ORIGINAL: My friend and I ordered bifold patio doors from AG Millworks through a local distributor, which looks beautiful, but what was frustrating about this was that during installation, it was discovered that both doors has missing parts and/or wrong parts, which made it impossible to lock the house safely. I don't know if they don't have a QA system to check for all the correct parts but from our experience, it was a 2 out of 2 for errors aka 0% correct. Fine, everyone makes mistakes. Maybe twice even. But what was most frustrating was that our distributor reached out to AG Millworks for the correct parts a month ago and it's taken AG Millworks FOUR WEEKS to get back to us to tell us that THEY DO NOT HAVE THE PARTS IN STOCK and will now order them, which will take ANOTHER FOUR WEEKS to come in. So we had to nail plywood over to door to try to prevent people from breaking in. Of course, it’s not a real solution so the house was already broken into as the handles don’t actually lock properly. Thanks AG Millworks. I would give them another star because the doors are beautiful but it's reduced down to one for the terrible service and QA process.

They better not change , this company is among a very small dedicated , service oriented minded people from top to bottom They are rare commodity in this day and age They have and will be our supplier

A+ AG Millworks have great products. You can see and feel the quality as soon as you operate any of their doors. The craftsmanship is solid and, as a result, the installation process is easy. AG Millworks crafted our custom mahogany entry door several years ago and it is even more beautiful today because of the richness of the aging wood. Recently we contacted them about purchasing replacement weatherstripping for it and they sent it to us at no charge--such customer service is a rarity these days; thank you AG Millworks!

A.G. Millworks provides a great product for quality bi-fold and slider doors. As an interior designer it's important to have an excellent product line and having a strong customer service department to answer all of my questions. My wife and I are very happy with our decision to purchase this door system from AG Millworks. They made a custom door system to fill in the 20' opening to our deck. As a contractor for over thirty years, I'm very pleased with the quality and follow up.

I live in the SF Bay Area and I ordered two sets of 5-panel folding patio doors through a local builder supply company. The product looks great and the built-in screens are fantastic. After a couple of years, two of the glass panels failed. The product was still under warranty and I contacted them directly.. The bottom line is, the company made good on their warranty. They had two gentlemen make a 400+ mile drive from their factory to replace the window panels. They were skilled, professional and cleaned up afterwards. Great job and follow through! Much appreciated!

To say I am thrilled with the quality of my bifold door and window would be the understatement of the year. They have completely transformed my space and created a whole new look and feel in my house. The team at AG were very easy to work with and truly took the time to help me decide on the optimal size, location, and color for my door and window. They were produced on time and easy for my contractor to install.

Excellent products with great follow up service. We are a door and window company in Ventura County. We have many companies that offer multi slide and folding wall systems. Art Glass products have been very consistent and trouble free. With a recent job, the customer had some issues with how the multi slide door was operating. Art Glass service department was prompt, good communication with us and customer, and they resolved the issue promptly. This is the 5 star service I expect to get with these high end products, Art Glass set themselves apart in our book with how responsive and how they stood behind their product and resolved the issue promptly. Other manufactures we have used in this high end arena have been slow and difficult to resolve any manufacturing issues.
