Inspiration for a mid-sized timeless balcony container garden remodel in San Diego with a roof extension

This closet was lined with cedar, which added character to the room. We removed the doors and left the cedar intact. To avoid nail holes the existing clothing rod was used to hang items with large iron "S" hooks. The petite desk provides a work surface for letter writing, using a laptop or tablet, or a craft area. A Thonet style chair tucks neatly into the space. Small portable tables with shelving and wire baskets were used to store supplies and display decorative accessories.

The theme palette was about sunshine, enjoying the outdoors and beach. We added antique roth iron columns to hold the new owning for extra shade over the table. Old recycled stadium seats allowed for extra seating that could be folded away. We created a one of a kind coffee table with concrete elements and a thick acrylic sheet on top. The deck was stainned on a sage green and bright aqua blue garden stools serve as side tables or extra seating. An antique trolley for drinks and vintage Coca-Cola/Pepsi crates are great for holding beverages. One can enjoy the views under the sunny skylight and the smells of BBQ while still in the city, Inna Spivakova

This project was part of a major renovation with the closet being one of the largest square footage spaces in the design. The closet was designed from floor to ceiling with cabinets spanning the top and wrapping around the corners to connect the three sections of this closet. The narrow island is used to house ‘His’ shoes while ‘Her’ shoes are showcased on a wall of open shelving. Seventy-one drawers were needed to accomplish enough storage for personal items. The closet was constructed of White Melamine and traditional raised panel faces along with Extra-large crown molding and fascia buildup span and wrap around the entire closet. This closet is also graced with an ironing center cabinet, safe, tilt out hamper and pull out narrow tall cabinets to house necklaces and scarves, pull out mirror, belt racks, tie & belt butlers and valet rods. Formerly an unused atrium, this new room nicely stores our clients' cooking items, extra cookbooks, serving pieces, and other items in a nicely arranged room. We made use of a space that they walked by daily and felt there could be a much better use of it. Mission accomplished.

A growing young family with two daughters, this couple hired Brandi to complete their home’s interior decor. She loved working with these fantastic clients – they eagerly embraced a playful use of color and bold design choices! Finished in a colorful traditional style, this home is full of timeless architecture mixed with modern details. From a navy and bright orange office to a green floral dining room, each room on the main floor makes a unique statement but flows together through similar artwork and rugs. Upstairs, the master bedroom is a serene sanctuary. Brandi added wood beams, handmade wall coverings, and an extra custom-built closet. The two girls’ bedrooms are all about fun trends, personalized touches, and plenty of storage for their many prized possessions.
