Our clients already had the beautiful lot on Burt Lake, all they needed was the home. We were hired to create an inviting home that had a "craftsman" style of the exterior and a "cottage" style for the interior. They desired to capture a casual, warm, and inviting feeling. Large Primary Bath remodel. A center island was added to add storage and counter top to facilitate packing for the clients travels. The designed added a coffee maker and under counter refrigerator for the days the clients want to hang out in their adjoining spacious bedroom or curl up on the settee.

To facilitate the builder's desire to create a successful model home in this large site development with expansive natural preserves, this design creates a sense of presence far greater than its actual size. This was accomplished by a wide yet shallow layout that allows most rooms to look out to rear of home and preserve views beyond. Designed with a West Indies flavor, this thoroughly modern home's layout flows seamlessly from space to space. In the kitchen, 123 Remodeling's team used “Calacatta Blois” quartz with light gray veining for the countertops and backsplash in a bookmatch pattern, which gave a dramatic impact along with the waterfall detail on either side of the ten-foot plus island that facilitated the family plenty of room to cook and eat. The “Blue Ash” Ultracraft cabinets gave the right pop of color complementing the quartz veining. Lastly, the Adorne Legrand under-cabinet lighting system was integral in keeping the backsplash outlet free and clean. Kettle River detailed and supplied all the exterior timberwork (brackets, posts, railings and corbels) for this 11,000 sq. ft. Tudor mansion. 3D modeling and CNC machining facilitated pre-fabrication of all the intricate components. Expectations for wood quality and workmanship on this $26 million home was very demanding. This lovely bathroom remodel was originally a small powder room turned Master Bath. The walls are completely tiled in a lovely dark brown ceramic tile while the lighter tile on the floor offsets the dark walls. The Shower is curbless and has one glass panel for an open shower feel. The towel rack was custom made to facilitate the lack of storage. Lime Green glass counter tops on the vanity and modern fixtures make this bathroom one of a kind.

Located near Ennis, Montana, this cabin captures the essence of rustic style while maintaining modern comforts. Jack Watkins’ father, the namesake of the creek by which this home is built, was involved in the construction of the Old Faithful Lodge. He originally built the cabin for he and his family in 1917, with small additions and upgrades over the years. The new owners’ desire was to update the home to better facilitate modern living, but without losing the original character. Windows and doors were added, and the kitchen and bathroom were completely remodeled. Well-placed porches were added to further integrate the interior spaces to their adjacent exterior counterparts, as well as a mud room—a practical requirement in rural Montana. Today, details like the unique juniper handrail leading up to the library, will remind visitors and guests of its historical Western roots.

This project in Blue Bell involved a thorough renovation, including plumbing upgrades in multiple bathrooms and the addition of a tiki bar in the existing garage. We facilitated various plumbing installations, such as running gas pipes and adding an exterior faucet. Within the garage, we transformed spaces into a movie room, a powder room, and a tiki bar, complete with custom features like shelving and a gas fireplace. We also tackled flooring, doors, trim, and windows throughout the property, ensuring a cohesive aesthetic. Bathroom renovations included custom glass shower doors and unique design elements like cedar accents. Exterior improvements, such as door replacements and deck construction, were also part of our scope. Throughout the project, we adhered to building codes, completed necessary insulation and fireblocking, and applied paint according to the owner's preferences.
